About the Role
Taskrabbit is looking for a Fulfillment and Logistics Specialist to join its New Ventures Operations team. The Operations team is responsible for delivering a positive experience for our customers and supply base through consistent coordination and support. This role is focused on enhancing processes and executing playbooks to drive our core business funnel goals, and is an instrumental pillar in our growth plans.
What You'll Work On:

• Drive the successful completion of bookings - be a utility player and do what it takes to get the job done
• Problem solve and support Supply operations in-real time to ensure customer and supply success
• Documenting recurring use-cases and escalating observations and trends
• Report on the performance of supply and fulfillment in applicable markets
• Support the growth of the operations team to ensure they have the information, KPIs, training, and context to deliver their best outcome
• Facilitating both online and in-person orientations, social hours, and workshops
• Engage and recognize our community of users - in-person, virtually, and over the phone

Your Areas Of Expertise:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an operational role (ie gig economy, service logistics, user engagement)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, eagerness to learn what's "under the hood," high attention to detail and robust organizational ability
• Organizational skills: You must be a strong critical thinker, adept at problem-solving multiple multi-faceted scenarios at once -- all while keeping your tasks in order and organized with a goal of execution and efficiency
• Resilience and flexibility to adapt to an ambiguous and constantly changing environment
• Proactive attitude as we grow the business and we uncover more unknowns
• Ability to problem solve in real-time and own the problem through to resolution
• Willingness to travel, as needed
