West Coast Cure is looking for an energetic and committed Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team!
General description summary:
The Fulfillment Team Associate is responsible supporting a team that is responsible for processing the picking, packing, and staging of orders, as well as identifying and implementing improvement measures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include (not in any priority):
- Execute different aspects of the pick/pack / staging process within Fulfilment.
- Execute and communicate inventory counts on identified items per qty levels.
- Ensure space organized for optimal storage of finished goods.
- Responsible for 100% order accuracy - Customer gets what they ordered.
- Generate and/or update invoices once order details are confirmed and send to Customers.
- Lead troubleshooting with Clients/Sales Ops when issues arise (Inventory, Manifests, etc).
- Assist for Manifest builds and coordinating problem-solving tactics as needed.
- Ensure Distro Drivers have their completed folders.
- Manage/maintain Asana Fulfilment Dashboard.
- Execute QR stickering process within Fulfilment.
- Re-stock finished goods and department materials as requested.
- The Employer retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies throughout the shift, upholding cleanliness standards.
- Follow all safety policies and processes; all proper PPE, and safety standards.

Qualification:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Must be over 21 to apply (Cannabis Industry Requirement)
- Must have superb attention to detail in high-volume and fast-paced environments.
- Must work well independently and alongside a team.
- Must be flexibility and adaptable in a changing industry.
- Must take initiative and always strive to go above and beyond.
- Must have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, ensure accuracy and efficiency, and handle multiple duties simultaneously.
- Must display a positive attitude towards customers and team members, willing to help others, and possess good verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work weekends as needed.
- Must be able to carry / lift / move up to 40-pound boxes as part of picking/packing and staging requirements.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time as a full shift consists of constant lifting of lightweight objects, packing/moving boxes and bending over.
