Job Summary:
As a Fulfillment and Production Associate, your primary roles will be fulfilling sales orders and packaging ready for sale product. The warehouse works on a quota system — allowing the whole team to leave early with full pay once quota is achieved for the week. This requires strong collaboration and willingness to help wherever needed. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a desire to be an integral part of these busy teams is crucial.

Physical Requirements:
Essential functions require working in a hot and cold warehouse setting. Employee must possess the ability to stand for up to 10 hours a work day and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to reach with arms extended and/or overhead, excellent hand dexterity, ability to bend, stoop, stretch, use a step stool, and similar activities and able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Builds orders - pulls physical product, associates product with METRC tags, creates manifests in Distru and METRC
- Utilizes shared google spreadsheets, Distru, METRC, and slack to maximize efficient work flows and communication
- Checks out orders- verifies orders match invoice, tags, and manifests before sending orders with sales reps
- Communicates with the sales team about timelines, product shortages, and priorities
- Accurately and neatly assembles and labels product/boxes as directed by protocols
- Alerts supervisor to potential outages of packaging supplies as well as any discrepancies during quality control checks
- Maintains focus for extended periods of time without sacrificing attention to detail
- Assists other departments cooperatively when need arises
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability
- Operates with a high level of detail and time management to ensure compliance and great customer service
- Strong communicator, with ability to manage multiple platforms to ensure all parties are notified of updates
- Seeks to understand the flow of product from start to finish and foresees need
- Finds ways to improve efficiencies and notifies management
- Positive and collaborative attitude and open to feedback from management and coworkers
- 3+ years' experience in a fast paced environment — packaging or order fulfillment preferred.
- 2+ years' experience with customer service preferred
