The Service Technician III will be responsible to perform startup, on-site repair, and maintenance of fuel storage tank and dispensing systems at retail gas stations and commercial fueling facilities. System equipment includes underground tanks, aboveground tanks, point of sale systems, card systems, dispensers, tank monitors, submersible pumps, piping, sumps, motors, and other petroleum equipment. The Service Technician III will assist with general maintenance at Enmarket locations as needed.
JOB EXPECATIONS/DUTIES

• Compliance with all OSHA, EPA, DOT, requirements including, Company and Customer Safety Policies, procedures, and practices.
• Communicate with customers and explain technical issues in a non-technical manner.
• Troubleshoot and repairs gasoline dispensing units (such as: Gilbarco, Dresser Wayne, Gasboy, and Bennett) and POS (Point-of-Sale) Systems (such as: VeriFone, Gilbarco and NCR).
• Troubleshoot and repairs for Veeder Root ATG system.
• Install, program and tests new and existing petroleum equipment and perform scheduled repairs and preventative maintenance to fueling systems.
• Analyze electrical and mechanical problems and provide repairs as required.
• Perform general maintenance service work orders such as change filters, calibrate meter, pump water from tanks and sumps, change hanging hardware.
• Complete and submit Corrigo work orders via app in a timely manner.
• Typical work week is 45-50 hours, start time 8:00, dispatched from your home, but may vary at times. End time is the final work order completion for the scheduled day.
• Requires the availability to rotate on-call for after hour emergency services.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid State Issued Driver's License and good driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather; daily local travel; lifting 50-75 lbs.
• The Service Technician position requires you to have at least 1 year in the petroleum service industry, post completion of training and applicable certifications.
• As a Service Technician with Enmarket you will be eligible for updated training and certifications to help advance your career in the Convenience Store/Petroleum industry.
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service while representing Enmarket.
• Ability to operate a computer, tablet, and smart phone for work related functions.
• Must be proficient with technology to use iPad, smart phone for Corrigo Work Order System.
• Travel will occur primarily during normal business hours, occasionally requiring overnight stay.

In this role, you may be exposed to external weather conditions outside the office. Travel will be required on a daily basis within assigned territory. Overnight travel will be required at times, mostly in the South East market.
