Fuel Station Attendant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team at a gas station in . As a Gas Station Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the gas station.

Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with fueling their vehicles and provide information on fuel types and prices
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Stock and organize merchandise shelves
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Monitor fuel levels and restock fuel as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of the gas station premises to identify any maintenance or safety issues
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and staff

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services
- Technical sales knowledge to assist customers with purchasing fuel-related products
- Multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Ability to manage stock levels and ensure merchandise availability
- Proficiency in using technology for sales transactions and product demos
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide assistance
- Phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries over the phone
