The Essential duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule fuel loads with a 3rd party trucking companies based on customer demand and/or market price.
- Identify priorities; utilize available resources effectively to meet these priorities; anticipate change and/or problems and reallocate resources when necessary.
- Allocate and manage fuel distribution according to company and customer needs.
- Assess market impact on branded and unbranded stations and adjust forecasted loads based on sales demand and market trends.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, rack delays, loading delays and customer issues.
- Assist Billing with trucking documents for invoicing.
- Administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
