• Responsible for delivering engaging & dynamic creative across all digital platforms
• Concept and develop original concepts that push the brand forward
• Work with Project Manager to meet deadlines, while juggling multiple projects at a high pace
• Passion for great design
• Team player first mentality

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to create in real-time, while managing multiple projects is imperative to success
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking with high attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience managing and leading other designers

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts is preferred
• Four to six years’ experience of solely designing digital creative
• Professional level familiarity with the Mac environment
• Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is preferred

Technical Knowledge:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• Cinema 4D preferred
• Adobe Acrobat
• Keynote & Microsoft PowerPoint

Work Environment:
The Company is a professional, fast paced, creative business environment. Other environment conditions:

• Extended evening, weekend work hours sometimes required, primarily during the NFL season, training camp and NFL Draft; required to work all home and some away games; may have to work occasional holidays
• Stressful and demanding work environment in executing work on short deadlines
• Computer and desk work a significant part of daily activities
• Sitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods of time
• Rarely is lifting more than 20 pounds required
