Essential Functions:
- Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure smooth service period
- Execute recipes to the letter and assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served
- Portions food products prior to cooking according to recipe specifications
- Follows all food safety and sanitation standards
- Follows and completes production sheets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to meet deadlines in completion of daily workload
- Set up and tear down of workstation
- Polite and professional communication style
- Understands and utilizes FIFO
- Performs other related duties as requested by the leadership team

Who we are:

Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 years' previous food service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced environment
- Good team work approach to daily tasks
- Do simple arithmetic
- Able to follow oral and written directions
- Be able to lift 30 Lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
