Full Time Lead Nurse - Henderson/Summerlin, Nevada

Must have leadership skills with a desire to train and help your nursing team succeed.
Customer Service experience in any setting is preferred.

This is a full time position rotating between the Henderson and Summerlin Restore locations.
Store hours are:
Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm
Rotating weekend shifts are:
Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm
Sunday 11:00am-5:00pm
Compensation begins at $36/hr as a Full Time Lead Nurse($32 base +$2 FT differential and $2 Lead differential). Sales bonuses are available, with differentials for weekends. Benefits for full and part time employees include free and discounted products and services in the store. Full time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days.
Lead Nurse Primary Responsibilities:
- Training new nurses and helping with continuing education.
- Educating clients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drips and Intramuscular Injections
- Administering IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections to deliver a variety of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants
- Guiding clients through Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions
- Documenting client visits through the use of Electronic Medical Records
- Ability to excel in a multitasking environment
- Assisting staff with store services
- Participating in occasional off-site nursing events as needed
- Opportunity to earn extra money with concierge visits

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Comfortable in a retail/sales environment
- Excellent customer service and ability to create a service oriented experience for the clients.
Mandatory Registered Nurse Requirements:
- Valid State of Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Excellent peripheral IV insertion skills - training will not be completed without being able to pass the IV skills assessment and review.
- Mandatory 3+ years of experience as a nurse in a medical setting (ER, ICU, OR, PRE-OP or similar).
- Understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance and adhere to all policies and procedures.
