OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the direction of the FSP program manager, the Team Lead assists in oversight of case managers and/or peer support staff to ensure quality service delivery to FSP participants. In addition, provide training and additional support to assigned staff to ensure that all staff receive an adequate orientation to their position. The Team Lead monitors and leads staff to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the agency.

EXPERIENCE:
1. Must have at least two years’ experience serving participants in the full-service partnership or intensive case management services program.
2. Must be eligible to schedule the state of California Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist exam
3. One year of management / supervisory experience preferred, but, not required.
