Job Summary:
Prepare noodle bowls for dining in and togo orders. Food preparation and washing dishing also be part of the kitchen job.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Handle and store food items properly to prevent contamination and ensure food safety
- Assist with dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen utensils and equipment
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries or concerns
Skills:
- Previous experience in a culinary or cook role is preferred but not required
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Familiarity with banquet operations is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to assist with bussing tables or other tasks as needed
