Front Office Worker

We need a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team!!!!!

Tender Ones Therapy Services provides speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy to an amazing group of pediatric patients. Basic requirements for our new team member include a high school diploma and computer literacy with basic competence in Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities may include welcoming and checking in patients (with a smile); processing co-pays; verifying benefits; following up on plans of care; obtaining insurance authorizations; accounts receivable duties; and balancing the ledger. The ideal candidate is: friendly positive, and warm; has excellent customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills; can adapt to new situations; is organized and can maintain deadlines; and has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent math skills are a BIG PLUS! Being a bilingual speaker of Spanish and English and having experience in a medical practice are BIG PLUSES!! Hourly wage is commensurate with experience.
