Front Office Tech (Receptionist)

We are recruiting for a Front Office Tech. This position is many people's first contact with SHE, and they should be able to effectively communicate with a wide range of community members, participants, partners, and staff. The ability to handle high call volume and attention to detail are critical skills for this position.
Responsibilities include:

• General office / clerical duties (phones, mail, office equipment/systems)
• Phone intake for multiple programs
• File maintenance and data entry
• Clerical support to program staff
• Phone and direct contact with the public
• Top-notch customer service internally and externally
• Facilities maintenance

Must be able to work independently and as a team member, be detail-oriented, and maintain confidentiality of information. The ability to work effectively on multiple projects with tight deadlines is essential. Successful applicants will be self-starters and demonstrate strong computer (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) and communication skills. The ability to relate well with persons of diverse backgrounds is critical.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
