Speech Avenues Therapy Co. is a growing business in Rockledge, FL.

Our goal is to empower and encourage our patients to discover the best version of who they are through multi-therapeutic avenues. We offer Speech and Occupational Therapy for both pediatrics and adults.

This is a full time, IN OFFICE position: Monday - Friday
8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Our company is hiring Office Staff to help support our growing team.
The ideal candidate for this position is highly responsible and willing to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Ensure that the office is supplied with necessary materials and utilities.
- Handle many different projects at once.
- Do scheduling using our EMR system
- Do paperwork such as invoices, billing forms, faxing reports.
- Referrals/Auths
- Perform professional work under deadline pressure.
- Oversee therapist’s schedules
- Excellent communication skills
- Organization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
Experience:
- Medical office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical front desk: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: In person
