As a Front Office Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities:
Answer Inquiries: Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the appropriate resource.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff members. Coordinate calendars and ensure appointments are efficiently scheduled.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Maintain office supplies and ensure the Front Office area is tidy and organized.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. Address any concerns or complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
Handling Payments: Process payments for services or products using appropriate payment methods. Maintain accurate records of transactions.
