As a Front Office Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations. You will handle inquiries, manage appointments, and assist with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer Inquiries: Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the appropriate resource.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff members. Coordinate calendars and ensure appointments are efficiently scheduled.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Maintain office supplies and ensure the Front Office area is tidy and organized.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. Address any concerns or complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
Handling Payments: Process payments for services or products using appropriate payment methods. Maintain accurate records of transactions.
