SalaryRio Grande Orthodontics is looking for an awesome person to join our team! We serve people every day and create beautiful smiles in a fun and fast-paced environment! The position is for a full-time Office Administrator.
Schedule is :
Monday -Thursday- Santa fe office
Friday- Albuquerque or edgewood
Hours are 7:30am-4:45 pm.
Travel Stipend.
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES:
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phones, manage voicemail and emails
- General office duties, order supplies
- Take payments
- Verify dental insurance
- Confirm appointments
- Manage patient relations
- Coordinate marketing
- Ensure the office is running smoothly and efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Warm and friendly personality
- Customer service expertise
- Computer knowledge
- Detail-oriented
- Phone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task and work as a team
