Qualifications: good communication skills on telephone and in person with customers, delivery and contractors, organization skills, ability to search out information as needed, responsible for organization of showroom samples and cataloging, office filing, processing payments and preparing bank deposits, preparing work for accountant, computer skills in emailing, word and excel helpful, keyboarding skills needed.
Responsibilities: open storefront and showroom daily, attend to any necessary appointment details for owner and staff, relay information to customers when needed, placing and tracking orders (POs) as needed, preparing bank deposits and processing credit card payments, responding to daily emails. Work varies daily and would be communicated by owner. Directly working with owner at all times.
