Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize Transportation Management system to track drivers and provide accurate information to vendors
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transportation planning and execution
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information in the system
- Use GPS tools to assist with route planning and optimization
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism when interacting with vendors
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Familiarity with a transportation management systems is a plus
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in fast-paced situations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
