Responsibilities:
- Patient Engagement: Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and accurate documentation in the electronic health record system.
- Verification and Billing: Verify patient insurance information, process billing inquiries, and collaborate with the billing department as needed.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to healthcare providers, including managing office supplies, handling mail, and maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Patient Registration: Ensure accurate and complete patient registration, including updating patient demographics and insurance information.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage Front Office tasks efficiently.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using electronic health record systems and other office software.

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
