Front Office Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, including managing the reception area and coordinating administrative tasks
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Occasionally answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for patient care

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks

- No previous experience required --we provide on the job training.

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
