The ideal candidate should have dental office experience, a warm and welcoming attitude, and excellent communication skills.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday. We offer a benefits package that includes medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k options, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first to welcome patients into the practice and check them in
- Answer patient questions about treatment, clinical diagnosis, and insurance billing
- Answer emails, phone calls, and voicemails promptly
- Collect, verify, and manage patients' dental insurance benefits and claims.
- General dental Front Office duties and other tasks as requested
