We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

Schedule: NO WEEKENDS!
- Tuesday 10:00 am- 5:00 pm
- Wednesday 10:00- 5:00 pm
- Thursday 10:00 am - 5:00
- Friday Everyother Friday average 4-6 hours
- 19-25 hours per week TBD
The Front Office Coordinatory should:
- Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
- Develop productive schedules.
- Manage patient documents and records.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- Verify Insurance
- Answering the Phones
- Financials
- Collecting copay's
- 1 year of prior experience working in dentistry or related field is preferred, but not necessary
- Experience with Dental Software such as Open Dental is preferred, but not necessary.
- Knowledge of Dental operations is preferred, but not necessary.
- Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits is preferred, but not necessary.
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
