Minced Meal Prep Llc in Rockwall/Rowlett/Fate, TX is looking for one Front Of The House/Cashier to join our 18 person strong team. We are located on 1300 E Ralph Hall Pkwy, 5000 Rowlett Rd, 131 E Fate Main. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.
CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO WORK SHIFTS IN ALL 3 LOCATIONS IN ROWLETT, ROCKWALL AND FATE. High School and College welcome to apply.
POSITION SUMMARY: Provides excellent customer service to clients
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Follow the task list created by Manager
· Greet customers and confirm if they are new or existing customers to assist them as applicable
· Direct customers by escorting them to products or suggesting items
· Advise customers by providing information on products
· Help customers make selections by building customer confidence and offering suggestions
· Process payments by totaling purchases and processing payments via cash or credit card
· Keeps clientele informed by notifying customers of sales or future items (upcoming menus) that may be of interest
· Take Pre-Orders via phone, in-person or via website and Update Spreadsheet, as applicable
· Empty all trash receptacles in Front Of house, bathroom, desk areas, as needed
· Ensure that Front of House is kept clean and orderly
· Label containers, smoothie bottles, snack boxes, etc, as applicable
· Stamp retail bags, as applicable
· Put any and all deliveries away
· Restock Forks/Spoons/Knives/Napkins, as applicable
· Perform other Front Of house tasks as assigned
· Sweep and mop floors as necessary
· Complete inventory and notify appropriate party when re-orders are needed on both prepared food and supplies
· Maintain cash drawer and reconcile drawer at end of shift, report any issues to management immediately
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
· Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with managers and co-workers
· Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
· Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
· Performing physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving your whole body.
- Ability to stand/walk for approximately 8-10 hours per day
· Open Availability as business needs change; able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively, including weekends and closing shifts as needed
· Excellent critical thinking and time management skills.
