RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome and greet all guests with friendly hospitality, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.
• Efficiently operate the POS system to accurately process guest orders, maintaining a smooth flow of service.
• Share extensive knowledge of our menu offerings, including ingredients and nutritional benefits, to guide guests in making informed decisions.
• Skillfully prepare and serve a diverse range of food items, utilizing expertise in various cooking techniques, ingredient combinations, and equipment usage.
• Make a variety of beverages, ranging from classic espresso drinks to trendy favorites like matcha lattes and cold brews.
• Prepare smoothies and acai bowls to delight our guests.
• Uphold stringent cleanliness standards and adhere to health and food safety protocols to ensure a hygienic and safe work environment for both staff and guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in providing exceptional customer service within a hospitality setting, such as restaurants or hotels.
• Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Possession of a current Food Handler Certification in accordance with local and municipal regulations.
• Valid Driver’s License is a must.
• Candidates will undergo a background check as part of the eligibility criteria for the position.
