```BOH Responsibilities```
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Follow recipes and menu plans to ensure accurate and consistent food production
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the front of House Team to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support catering operations by assisting with setup, serving, and cleanup as needed

```BOH & FOH Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food handling role is preferred
- Knowledge of food industry best practices and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with Team Members
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knife skills for food preparation in the BOH applicants
