SalaryAt Chick-fil-A Springs Station, our team will have an exciting opportunity to GRAND OPEN a new restaurant in late March 2024! A Grand Opening training team will be ready to get new Team Members up to speed quickly. We anticipate being very busy as we open and are looking for people who can remain positive, multitask, and handle the pressure of a high volume restaurant. We are forming a team who embrace our vision to be the most caring company in our community and help us execute our daily mission to win the hearts of our guests every day!
We are making a significant educational investment to kick off our vision of CARE! All Team Members will be eligible to apply for FREE COLLEGE through our partnership with Point University Online! Point University is a fully accredited, non-profit university. The program will offer Associates, Bachelors and Masters programs!

- $13.00 for Part-time High School - under 18
- $16.00 for Part-time - over 18
- $16.00 plus benefits for Full-time
- $16.50 plus benefits for Full-time, Open/Close shift

Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs on a daily basis.
- Comfortable multi-tasking
- Commitment to fast service while maintaining accuracy
