Current Hiring Needs:

• BIGGEST HIRING NEED: Opening shift employees for Front of House (Cashier/Drive thru) Team Members! We need Team Members who can work any time from 6 or 6:30am to 2pm
• Next BIGGEST HIRING NEED: Mid-shift employees for Front of House (Cashier/Drive thru) Team Members! We need Team Members who can work a mid-shift especially on Wednesdays and Thursdays AND we need employees who can work from 8am, 9am, or 10am until 5pm.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
