About us
Toastique is a boutique gourmet toast and juice bar that offers a fresh, chic, rustic experience. It is a growing franchise of restaurants based in Washington D.C. that offers fresh, made-to-order toast, bowls, and juice for people looking for a quick, healthy meal. The menu consists of gourmet toast, cold-pressed juice, smoothies, smoothie bowls, hot drip, and nitro cold brew coffee, and espresso — all made using only fresh, seasonal, and responsibly sourced products 123. The founder of Toastique, Brianna Keefe, introduced the concept of gourmet toast that fills you up as a sandwich would but without being overly stuffed. Everything that might be contained in a toastique including avocado smash, hummus, peanut butter, and berry jam is made in house and doesn’t contain any preservatives, artificial coloring or sweeteners 45. Toastique now has 14 stores in Washington, D.C, New Jersey, Colorado, Utah and Florida. Of that number, six are company-owned, and eight are franchised. It’s slated to open as many as 12 new locations this year; all will be franchised.
