Front of House Staff/Host + Dining Service Position

This is an incredible opportunity to work in a unique concept kitchen and food tech house that combines fried rice from around the world with augmented reality and metaverse experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival and create a positive first impression
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience for all patrons
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and promptly communicate them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
- Remain knowledgeable about the menu, ingredients, and special offerings to answer guest inquiries and make recommendations
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables
- Coordinate with back-of-House Staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies
- Actively engage with customers to provide an interactive and immersive dining experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Willingness to learn about our unique menu offerings and stay up-to-date with any changes
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
