Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team.

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry requires OR a Rockstar Bartender/Server looking for entry level FOH manager role with growth potential.

As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Front of House operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations. If you have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in food service management, we want to hear from you.

Duties:

- Supervise and train Front of House staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders

- Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels

- Oversee food and beverage service to ensure quality and efficiency

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery

- Monitor Bar inventory levels and place orders as needed

- Implement and enforce health and safety standards

- Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system

Experience:

- Strong knowledge of food service management principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

- Knowledge of inventory control procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
