In this position, the FOH Supervisor is a representative of Southern Foodservice Management and is expected to operate within the guidelines established by the client organization as well as Southern Foodservice Management. This is a secure location that requires an extensive background check and drug screening to be a potential candidate.
Monday - Friday, no Weekends. Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance, 401 (K) offered.
Pay: $20/hour. Weekly paid
Job Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Must pass a federal background check.
- Operating cash register during service and EOD closing.
- Interact with clients and customers in a positive, respectful manner, with the ability to effectively communicate and respond professionally while problem resolving.
- Supervise staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, while being hands on to assist.
- Set up/stocking of dry goods, grab & go items, and inventory control.
- Serve cooked menu items with proper size utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe and sanitize surface areas.
- Current Food handler’s card required.

Required qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years or older
Preferred qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Food Service license/certification: Food Handler's License
- Background check
- Drug screening
- Comfortable handling customer complaints
- Able to stand for duration of shift
