Front House Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front of House Manager to join our team. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all front of house staff, including servers and hosts/hostesses,
- Ensure smooth operation of the dining area, including seating arrangements, cleanliness, and ambiance
- Train new employees on service standards, menu items, and company policies
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies for the front of house
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer retention
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment by adhering to food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports

Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including shift management and customer

- BI Lingual person preferred
