TSP Consulting is seeking a self-motivated Front-End Developer to join our team at TSP-Consulting. We are looking for a dedicated and talented individual who is comfortable working in HTML, React, Angular, JavaScript, Typescript and CSS. As part of the team, the hired candidate will be involved in the design and implementation of business web applications for TSP and its mortgage lending / banking clients.

This position is 100% remote provided the work is performed within the continental US. Subject to the manager’s approval, work hours are flexible provided the hired candidate can attend required meetings, be available during TSP and/or client business hours and deliver quality results within expected timeframes.
Qualified applicants will have working level knowledge and experience in the previously mentioned technologies. Candidates will be required to demonstrate their capabilities by taking an online test and/or providing samples of past work.

Required Duties:
- Design, develop, implement, document, and troubleshoot software, web applications and integrations.
- Research and analyze existing systems and program requirements for new projects.
- Perform Unit testing and participate in the creation of regression and integrated testing efforts.
- Develop solutions using various technologies including those sited in the required skill set section.
- Develop system integrations and web applications.
- Participate in design and architecture discussions as needed.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Follow established SDLC, change processes and policies.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years developing enterprise class solutions using the technologies listed below.
- Technology, programming, Project Management Certifications and/or 4-year College Degree.
- Exceptional HTML, React, Angular, JavaScript, Typescript and CSS experience/expertise.
- Experience with Git.
- Ability to work independently on development projects.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with end users and senior management.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
Pluses:
- Experience with Microsoft Web technologies IIS, Web Services, SOA.
- .Net Core experience.
- NodeJS experience.
- Willingness to expand skills into back-end development technologies including .Net core and SQL.
- Mortgage Lending, Banking or Finance experience.
