Front End Associate
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized Front End area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized Front End area
- Experience in wireless sales is a bonus
