Front Desk/Night Audit

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel's facilities and services
- Assist with guest check-out and process payments
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly
- Assist with guest requests, such as booking reservations or arranging transportation

Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is a plus
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette is essential
- Strong customer service and communication skills are required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
