Front Desk/Reception
- Exhibit our Strong Pillar of CARE by being a vibrant, enthusiastic, professional, and welcoming presence to our customers.
- Check-in customers into their respective services and ensure all check-in processes are followed.
- Make out going calls to Strong events and gathering to acquire details and provide and excellent communicative experience.
- Facilitate & reconcile transactions for memberships, services and goods.
- Be a source of comprehensive knowledge on all Strong services and offerings through e-mail, chats, and telephone calls with new and existing customers.
- Effectively communicate important info to the proper channels within the Strong team.
- Ensure cleaning procedures are carried out based on assignment.
- Assist in scheduled events and company functions as needed.
Basic expectations:
- Represent Strong Mission Statement at all times: Care, Educate, Inspire
- Knowledgeable on all of Strong membership offerings and able to answer any questions from potential new members and members
- Understand membership offers and be able to assist with enrollment of new members as needed and answer questions from current members
- Create a personal connection with each member, strive to know each member by name
- Familiar with Strong website and how to use, such as posting WOD scores, viewing profile, class schedule, all front and back end functionalities that may pertain to member questions and any tasks needed complete assigned duties
- Manage job responsibilities listed or assigned in the future
- Greet every member, potential new member, drop-in and visitors with a smile and genuine care
- Professional, Courteous, Enthusiastic attitude at all times
Requirements
Skills
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Is able to work 2-3 full weekends a month.
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer service position.
- Is a highly motivated self-starter who is service minded, enthusiastic and energetic.
- Demonstrates an understanding of Strong's commitment to quality service and creating an amazing experience.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Consistently maintains a pleasant, professional and approachable style
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is able to professionally communicate with a variety of individuals and personalities.
- Able to work a flexible schedule consisting of varying days and hours (including weekends, holidays and nights)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
