Job Title: Front Desk Team Member

Location: NR Racket and Paddle (5475 Mills Creek Ln, North Ridgeville, OH, 44035)

Salary: $15/hr - $18/hr

Hours: [Part-time - Specify Hours]

Schedules Available:

• Morning Shift: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
• Evening Shift: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
• Weekend Shifts: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - [Closing Time] (Saturday & Sunday)

Start Date: [Immediate/as soon as possible]

NR Racket & Paddle, Northeast Ohio's premier tennis and pickleball facility, is seeking upbeat, self-motivated Front Desk Team Members to enhance our member experience. Ideal candidates are those who thrive in a social environment, maintain a positive attitude, and have an energetic demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Warmly engage with members, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
• Check-In and Payments: Manage customer check-ins and process payments efficiently.
• Score Sheets and Data Input: Maintain accurate league score sheets and data input.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, addressing inquiries and member needs proactively.
• Communication: Efficiently handle phone calls and texts, providing helpful information and assistance.
• Cleaning : Responsible for cleaning our lobby areas, bathrooms, and social areas. We do share the cleaning responsibilities between the Team Members so it is not taxing on one individual.

Skills Required:

• Excellent People Skills: Ability to connect effectively with members and guests.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, email, and general computer skills.
• Positive and Energetic: Consistently maintain a cheerful and energizing presence.
