Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Front Desk, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest inquiries.
Train, mentor, and supervise Front Desk staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest interactions, room availability, and financial transactions.
Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest service delivery.
Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on team-building and motivation.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus.
Opera Cloud PMS, Spanish is a Plus.
