General Job Summary:
The Front Desk Lead position will assist in helping handle any customer service items as well as assist with additional training and scheduling of Team Members and Cleaners.
Responsibilities:
- Assist General Manager in handling customer service inquiries
- Assist General Manager in additional training of Team Members and Cleaners
- Assist General Manager in proper scheduling of Team Members and Cleaners
Qualifications:
Previous Front Desk or customer service experience required
