Legal training, while helpful, is not required. This is an administrative, not legal position. We are seeking a candidate who is willing to invest in the team and take personal responsibility for its efficient functioning and ultimately its success.
If you have worked in an office for several years and have developed your clerical skills, attained a level of maturity enabling you to handle situations with grace and wisdom, and realized that you are most happy in a professional setting, this job will be a great fit. The position involves being the face of the Firm on initial phone calls for our assistance, evaluating potential clients' requests, providing assistance to walk ins, and performing various office functions to improve efficiencies in workflow.
