Job Description

As aSecurity OfficerFront DeskResidential Condo, you will serve and safeguard clients in a residential building in the Key Biscayne area. They provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Pay Rate: $16. 50 /Hr.

• Overnight: 11:00PM -7:00AM
• Days off are Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday's
• Front desk position greeting visitors and showing vendors where to go.
• Must be comfortable walking and standing for extended periods of time.
• Report writing (Cycop), and Mercury required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
