We're hiring a Front Desk Sales Associate to support our front office in inbound sales calls, managing customer relations and communication, answering phones, light scheduling of consultations and follow-up calls, and moving potential leads through our sales pipeline. Our office is friendly and upbeat while also being highly efficient.

You are:
- A natural salesperson who loves to talk about products and share enthusiasm with highly interested customers
- Friendly, confident, and well-spoken in phone communication with customers
- Efficient and meticulous with your grammar (punctuation, word choice, brevity, etc) in written communications with customers, even when communications are casual and upbeat
- Already proficient with Google Suite software (Gmail, Sheets, Google Docs, etc.) - Asana or some other CRM or project management proficiency a plus
- A natural organizer who can manage a robust to-do list, prioritize tasks, and ensure important communications get timely attention and execution
- Someone who thrives in a flexible, start-up style work environment in which your role will adapt and adjust to both the company’s evolving needs and your natural talents
- Interested in working with us for one year minimum - ideally longer, if we’re a good fit!
The nitty gritty:
- Full-time position (~35 hrs per week) - 8:30 mandatory start time with more flexibility on when your day ends
- Our shop is open M - Th, 8:30am to 6:30pm - occasionally the office staff will also work on Friday
- Starting pay $22.50/hr, including training
- 401k and PTO plans
- We’re located on the west side of Santa Cruz at 2117 Delaware Ave, Unit A
- This is an on-site position, not a remote position
