Sway Brows Studio & Academy is a dynamic and thriving establishment dedicated to excellence in permanent makeup artistry and education. We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Sales & Marketing Assistant.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner at the Front Desk.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Handle training course student registration and processing
- Assist with sales activities, including promoting our services and products to clients.
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance the studio's visibility and attract new clients.
- Coordinate social media efforts and update online platforms as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to organize events, workshops, and promotional activities.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, marketing or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for the beauty industry.
