Front Desk Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

As a member of our Front Desk team, you would be responsible for helping us grow membership sales and creating great guest relationships. Our guests and team have recognized that we have a unique environment at LaVida Massage of Kennesaw. We have a tremendous team of gifted massage therapists and caring Front Desk staff - all of who have created a welcoming, caring environment that our guests can feel from the moment they walk through our doors.

This is an entry-level position but experience in this area is a big plus. The position will be roughly 30 hours a week and need some flexibility to work days or nights up to 8:30 pm. Weekend availability is a requirement, specifically Saturday's. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills and excellent customer service. Hourly pay is based on experience with commission and bonus potential.

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of information
- Process payments and maintain cash drawer accuracy
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication

***must be available for nights and weekends***

***Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights. Saturdays and an occasional Sunday***

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
