Long Standing and Extremely busy Anti-Aging / Esthetic Facility in Old Bridge New Jersey is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Representative who will eventually grow into the position of an Office Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Education PLUS but NOT necessary
- Must have great Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Must be Computer Proficient
- Must be comfortable with Phones, Making Appointments and working in a Fast Paced Environment.
- Must be punctual, organized, pleasant and professional.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule in-person and phone appointments
- Work with Booker Software to
- Answer Phones
- Take Payments
- Manage flow of patients
- Be a liaison between patient and provider
- Discuss and promote the sales and up-sales of services
