Job description
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Communicates with residents, families and personnel in a courteous manner.
- Speaks clearly and makes self understood.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Sits at Front Desk in office and answers telephone, transfer all calls to appropriate departments.
- Provides counter service to the residents and visitors.
- Monitors lobby to redirect impaired residents that wander.
- In emergency situations, notify the nurse in charge.
- Performs any other duties that may be directed by the Office Coordinator.
COVID-19 considerations:
Must take temperature and screen all visitors and vendors that enter the building. Must be willing to be tested in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
