Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative based in Miami, FL at National Bio Vet Laboratory. The Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and will perform receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling pickup requests. The Front Desk Representative will also provide excellent customer service and ensure effective communication with all parties. Clerical tasks will include dispatching couriers, data entry, scanning, receiving payments, etc.

Bilingual preferred (English-Spanish).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
• Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
• Experience in providing excellent Customer Service
• Ability to handle pickup requests and high volume phone calls
• Strong Communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Experience in a laboratory or healthcare setting is a plus
• Must be available to work Saturdays (rotative shifts)
• This is On-Site position. (Miami, FL)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
