Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for multiple staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed

```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
