Front Desk Professional/Medical

Hair Restoration of CT, the leader in hair restoration in New England, is growing and we are adding business professionals to our incredible team. We are currently looking for a dynamic leader for our Front Desk. You will be the first point of contact for the company. You will be answering phone calls in a polite, professional tone. You must be caring and energetic. You will provide support across the organization with high quality and in a timely manner. Our ideal candidate will be a flexible team player with the ability to step into multiple roles as needed. This candidate has a professional appearance and strong organizational skills. This is a part-time position Monday through Thursday (9am-3pm). Potential to become full time. Come grow with us!!

Job responsibilities include:

· Answering incoming telephone calls

· Scheduling appointments in cloud-based scheduling system

· Greeting patients and clients enthusiastically upon check-in

· Performing transactions for retail products

· Maintain continuity among coworkers by documenting and communicating actions and correspondence with patients

· Performing miscellaneous administrative tasks

The ideal candidate has the following:

High school degree
1-2 years of related experience in a medical office
Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word and Excel
Organized
Professional
Enthusiastic

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

• No weekends
