Front Desk PM Agent

Mountain Lake Lodge is seeking an energetic, professional, and friendly Front Desk Associate to work 5 shifts of 3pm-11pm. This is a full-time year-round position with benefits.

Mountain Lake Lodge is a historic, rustic, iconic resort located in Southwest Virginia surrounded by beautiful scenic views and 22-mile of hiking trails. We offer our guests a place to unwind and relax in a fun, family friendly environment with great food and drinks!

Job Responsibilities:

• Solve any problems related to the daily work and running all necessary reports.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Register guests, collect necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay).
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Respond to guest needs in a timely and professional manner.
